By accessing and using the Automated Fire Compliance and Safety System (AFCAS), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS) regarding your use of AFCAS.
AFCAS is an online platform that enables users to:
Use of AFCAS may involve fees for various services as determined by GNFS and in accordance with applicable regulations.
GNFS provides AFCAS on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the system's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
GNFS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of AFCAS, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or system downtime.
GNFS reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to AFCAS at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, for conduct that GNFS believes violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, GNFS, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use AFCAS will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms of Service that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

GNFS reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the AFCAS platform. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
